Hello, I'm Ellie, the founder of Elevate and Create and your dedicated high performance & transformation mentor. As a certified consultant with the prestigious Proctor Gallagher Institute, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you elevate your mindset and create the life you've always dreamed of. Before taking the jump into the coaching field I was a qualified social worker for 10 years and absolutely loved helping people but through my own journey of self discovery and lives challenges. I learned that the true art to creating the life you absolutely love is to align with what you truly want. There will be obstacles on the journey but when you have the 5% strategy & 95% mindset that we provide here at Elevate & Create everything shifts.
Hello, I’m Caroline, Ellie’s business partner. I am a dedicated high-performance and transformation mentor as well. As a certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant, I have had the privilege of accessing the powerful material that Bob Proctor studied and taught for more than 60 years. This material has helped individuals and organisations grow from the inside out and build a conscious, happy, and prosperous lives and businesses. Studying and teaching it to others has transformed my life, and there is nothing I enjoy more than sharing this knowledge with you.
Before becoming a certified mentor, I was a registered nurse. What I was missing were working conditions that would allow me to provide high-quality care to my patients. So I asked myself: where can I provide greater service in harmony with my purpose, using all my abilities and life experience? The answer appeared quickly. I took a bold leap of faith and stepped into the unknown. I am forever grateful that I did, because now I know what’s possible when you open yourself to what you really want, enter the right rooms, and align your mindset and your actions with what want to create. We are so happy and grateful to guide you on this beautiful journey of growth from the inside out. Because you are here for nothing less but what you really want from the bottom of your heart and express it.

We've had the incredible opportunity to be personally mentored by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher. Renowned for their remarkable personal transformation, Bob Proctor was a legend in the personal development space and dedicated his life to help others follow suit. Their wisdom and transformative techniques form the foundation of our coaching approach, allowing us to offer you cutting-edge strategies for personal growth and success. Bob Proctor created the Thinking into Results programme and within this programme he offers 60 years of knowledge and wealth ready for you to take your results to the next level.
Within months of implementing what we learned, everything shifted.
